We have two types of resellers, OEM Value added Provider and Discounter. 
- provides support, coaching, training, seminars and the origrinal IBM Lotus Smart Suite License.
- is a reseller of a WAASIMS packaged product. The Discounter supports product exchange and refund.
WAASIMS reimburses in cash or exchange all products are shipped prepaid for exchanges or
reimbursements WAASIMS will ship product with a returnable packaging.
